An introduction to the art and science of yoga practice with respect to the nervous system.
Together, we’ll illuminate yogic perspectives and principles that underpin modern neuropsychological frameworks for safety and well-being. Participants will explore how these insights can be embodied through breath, movement, and mindfulness practices to support regulation and resilience. We’ll develop a more nuanced understanding of the phenomenon of trauma as well as a toolkit for teaching and personal practice.
