An individualized, holistic approach to healing that draws on complementary therapeutic frameworks and emphasizes flexibility to meet the needs of each client.
My theoretical orientation blends mindfulness-based techniques including meditation and somatic breathwork with interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, and family systems counseling. I draw on evidence-based perspectives while modeling the midwifery of the spirit that is intrinsic to the therapeutic process.
Weekly practices are an invitation to experience embodiment alchemy in a community context. I share traditional and natural pathways of mindful embodiment distilled from classical yoga philosophy, Krishnamacharya’s heritage, Ayurveda, Insight Meditation, myriad lineages of modern yoga (including, most resonantly, Prana Flow), and the instinctual unfolding of more than twenty five years of my own daily practice.
