Guided practices are an invitation to alchemy. I share pathways of mindful embodiment distilled from classical yoga philosophy, Krishnamacharya’s heritage, Ayurveda, Insight Meditation, myriad lineages of modern yoga, and the instinctual unfolding of more than twenty-five years of daily practice.

Presence. Practice is about cultivating intimacy with the breath of life. Through embodied mindfulness, we can attune our sensory awareness, develop interoceptive and proprioceptive fluency, and cultivate agency in how we relate to the world.
Rhythm. Insight steadily emerges from the simple and sincere discipline of practice.
Wellbeing. The science and art of our physical, emotional, psychological, energetic, relational, and spiritual health. Fundamentally, wellbeing is about attuning to our sentient experience and responding with care to what’s here.
Interconnection. Collective practice invites us to refresh our senses, reset our nervous systems, and discover deeper belonging.
