Every person is a world to explore.

Our work engages the psyche as an embodied ecosystem of conscious and unconscious parts, and draws on the integral frameworks of somatic mindfulness, interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, internal family systems, and Jungian depth psychology.
The foundation of our work together involves the development of relational trust and authenticity, a willingness to listen to the life that's here with ever more discernment and generosity.

Reclamation, Emergence, Integration
Reclamation. Beneath the surface of our lives exists a deep and revelatory intelligence. We are born innately creative, resilient, and wholehearted — but life offers itself to us on its terms, and we often need a benevolent reflection to realize where and how we have cut ourselves off from our wholeheartedness.
Emergence. With deep listening and attunement, we can tap into the compass of our embodied experience. Therapy is about presence and generosity toward whatever arises, understanding that what arises is worthy of our attention, and asking for integration.
Integration. I see healing as an inherently intuitive, creative process. Healing happens as we remember our belonging, our vital place within an ecosystem of aliveness – and rediscover wonder at the heart of our human existence.
